'Outstanding' is something of the holy grail for teachers, so just how possible is it to move from being 'good' to being 'outstanding' - and in just a few short weeks? We've challenged four good teachers to put their practice under the exacting gaze of our School Inspector Clare Gillies. They then get some some expert advice in pedagogy and communications and a few weeks back in class to try out some new techniques before Clare returns to see how they've done. With the cameras documenting their journey both professionally and personally, this is telly for the heart and mind!
